High School Teacher Programme
This is an international 3-week programme. The participants attend lectures and workshops, visit experimental facilities and produce new teaching resources.
The school is fully funded by CERN for successful applicants from CERN member states. The participation of teachers from the United States is supported by a grant from the National Science Foundation administered by the University of Ann Arbor, Michigan, in collaboration with the Quarknet programme. Applicants from the United States should initially address themselves to the US HST coordinator. Applicants from Canada should consult the website of the Canadian Association of Physicists.
The participation of teachers from developing countries is organised in collaboration with the UNESCO International Basic Sciences Programme. Applicants should follow the CERN standard HST application procedure.
The next session will take place from 30 June - 20 July 2013. Registrations will be accepted from December 2012 from the HST2013 registration information page.
